Static Web Pages:
Those pages in which content are drawn for a huge a time such as the title of a website is permanently on a website and is not changed, similarly the homepages of websites.
Dynamic Web Pages:
Those pages in which content is changed after a specific time such as product and its prices etc. Prices and product change as time passes.
Exmaple of Static webpages and Dynamic web pages
In facebook, facebook title and login page is static and is not change, while the news feed of the facebook is dynamic because it changes with time to time.
Similary in Youtube, youtube search is static while the contents down the search is dynamic content bacause it changes time to time.
